Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can help reduce stress and improve focus through mindfulness (awareness) and breath-work. All evidence-based sessions are billed under Massage Therapy (within our scope of practice) & may be reimbursable by your insurance provider.
