NEW Satsang will be offered the 3rd Sun of every month 4-5PM: Sept 21st, Oct 19th, Nov 16th. Dec TBC.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can help reduce stress and improve focus through mindfulness (awareness) and breath-work. All evidence-based sessions are billed under Massage Therapy (within our scope of practice) & may be reimbursable by your insurance provider.
